Author Guidelines

  • Articles must be written in proper and correct English. Authors are required to perform grammar and language checks using Grammarly or similar applications before submitting their manuscripts.

  • The article should be between 6,000 and 12,000 words in length, including tables, figures, and references.

  • Each article must include an abstract (150–250 words) in English, along with 3–5 keywords.

  • Manuscripts must be formatted according to the journal template provided in the OJS system.

  • References should be written using the APA 7th Edition or Chicago Manual of Style (Author-Date) citation format.

  • Submitted articles must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

  • Authors are strongly encouraged to use reference management software (such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote) to ensure citation style consistency.

  • All manuscripts will be screened for similarity using plagiarism detection software, with a maximum similarity index of 20%.

Submission Preparation Checklist

  • Manuscripts must be submitted online via the Open Journal Systems (OJS) by registering and logging into the author's account.

  • Authors are required to upload their manuscripts using the journal’s official template.

  • Manuscripts that do not conform to the journal’s focus, scope, or formatting guidelines will be returned for revision or rejected prior to the peer review stage.

  • All submitted manuscripts must comply with publication ethics standards.

  • Each manuscript will be checked using plagiarism detection software. Only manuscripts with a similarity index of 20% or less will proceed to the review process.
